NOTICE OF STATE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT (SEPA) DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE The City of Royal City has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the SEPA rules (Washington Administrative Code Chapter 197-11) for the completion of the City’s Wastewater Facilities Plan (WWFP). The WWFP identifies potential improvements to the existing wastewater treatment facility that are necessary to meet projected sanitary sewer treatment needs over the next 20 years. CITY OF MOSES LAKE NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS FOR Project # GC2022-081 SR 17 / Yonezawa Blvd Intersection Improvement The City of Moses Lake solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Civil and Structural Engineering Design. City of Moses Lake Notice of Public Hearing Shoreline Substantial Development Permit The Moses Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 8, 2023, at 6:00 pm to consider an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (SSDP). The applicant is requesting the SSDP to install a retaining wall within Moses Lake shoreline jurisdiction. The retaining wall will be on the southwest side of the property.
