Local gun shop files suit over weapon ban

Guardian Arms is located at 208 S. Division Street in Moses Lake and sells firearms and accessories. The owner of the shop and various other plaintiffs have filed a lawsuit challenging a new Washington law banning assault weapons. In part, the claim indicates the law will negatively impact the business.
