Feb. 22

Rebecca Lynn Lambert, 43, Moses Lake, booked on violation of a no-contact order, as well as Grant County District Court warrants relating to violation of a no-contact order and fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Feb. 23

Caitlin Leeann Gildow, 28, Moses Lake, booked on second-degree robbery and third-degree theft, as well as Grant County District Court warrants relating to third-degree theft and suspension of registration.

Tucker Mason Lair, 21, Yakima, booked on first-degree criminal trespass and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Patrick Dale Lawson, 45, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence and interfering with reporting domestic violence.

Librado Guerreo Diaz, 42, Quincy, booked on violation of a protection order.

Feb. 24

Nicholas Aaron Ritchie, 32, Moses Lake, booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant relating to second-degree theft and possession of stolen property, as well as a Department of Corrections warrant relating to possession of a controlled substance.

Feb. 27

Ryan Nicole Raymond, 43, Coulee City, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Jose Manuel Serrano Mejia, 20, Pasco, booked on a Department of Corrections order for residential DOSA violation.

Maxine June Capshaw, 40, Grand Coulee, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Benjamin Taylor Watrous, 27, Moses Lake, booked on second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Report of a rock thrown through the window of a residence in the 1500 block of South Monroe Street.

Report of gang-related graffiti on a fence in the 1100 block of North Gary Street.

Report of a two-vehicle collision in the 2200 block of West Spruce Street.

Report of a two-vehicle collision at West Valley Road and North Crestview Drive.

Report of a shopping cart full of merchandise stolen from a business in the 1000 block of North Stratford Road.

Feb. 20

Report of shots fired at a motel on West Broadway Avenue. The suspect was gone when officers arrived but a search warrant was executed and officers found firearms, gang paraphernalia and evidence of drug use.

Report of vehicle windows shot with a BB gun in the 1000 block of West Kristine Street.

Report of shoplifting at a business in the 600 block of South Pioneer Way.

Report of theft of merchandise valued at more than $300 from a business in the 800 block of North Stratford Road. Subject fled but was apprehended at a nearby business and the items were recovered.

Report of a doorbell camera stolen from a residence in the 600 block of West Sage Bay Drive. Camera was not recording at the time of the theft.

Report of a vehicle windshield damaged in the 1100 block of West Marina Drive.

Report of an incident involving a flare gun in the 2200 block of West Main Street. Female subject was in her bedroom with a flare gun on the edge of the bed. The subject sat down on the bed, triggering the flare gun, which struck her in the back of the head. EMS transported her to Samaritan Hospital.

Feb. 21

Report of theft from a business in the 500 block of South Pioneer Way.

Report of a vehicle prowl in the 1700 block of West Fern Drive. A phone charger and sunglasses were stolen.

Feb. 22

Report of a single-vehicle collision at East Broadway Avenue and South Alder Street. Vehicle was turning left onto Alder Street but was unable to complete the turn due to snow and ice and struck the curb. Vehicle’s front right tire separated from the axle and blocked the right lane of travel. No injuries were reported.

Report of theft from a business in the 1000 block of North Stratford Road.

Report of a vehicle prowl in the 800 block of West Polo Ridge Drive. Motorcycle registration, license plate and riding gear were stolen.

Report of theft at a business in the 900 block of North Stratford Road. Female subject stole items and assaulted an employee at the exit. Subject was identified, located and arrested.

Feb. 24

Report of a package stolen off a porch in the 100 block of West Ernst Place. Value of stolen items was estimated at more than $2,000.

Report of food stolen from a business in the 600 block of South Pioneer Way.

Report of a wallet stolen from a business in the 500 block of South Pioneer Way.

Feb. 26

Report of attempted theft from a business in the 1000 block of North Stratford Road. Suspect fled when confronted by staff.
