Did somebody say treats? My name’s Kemp, and I like treats. I also like you, I’m pretty sure, and I’d love to come home with you. You clearly need a Border Collie mix in your life and I’m just the pupper to fill that void. Like all of the doggos and cats at Adams County Pet Rescue.
