NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD June 27, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider the approval of an amended Development Agreement between Columbia Bluffs, LLC and Grant County to allow the development of a phased Planned Unit Development of four parcels totaling 171.58 acres into thirty-four (34) residential lots and open space tracts located in the Rural Residential – 1 zoning District of Grant County. The project is located on the west side of Silica Road approximately ¼ of a mile south of the intersection of Sunland Estates Road and Silica Road then west approximately ¼ mile, then south ½ mile to the site. The project is located in a portion of the North ½ of Section 18, Township 18 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #15-0433-000, 15-0433-001, 15-0433-002, 15-0433-003).
