Bill was born December 20, 1941, in Ellensburg, Washington, to Bill and Marjorie Frederickson. He was elected as a Grant County commissioner and to the Moses Lake City Council. Bill also was a longtime member of the Eagles Lodge, Moose Lodge, Elks Lodge, Lions Club, and more.

He is survived by his sons Bill Frederickson (Elizabeth) and Mike Frederickson (Shay), both of Renton, Washington; sister, Sibyl Reese, of Moses Lake; grandchildren Payton Millner, Jack Frederickson, and Blair Frederickson; and his companion Mary Watts of Kennewick.
