City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and  Optional DNS City of Moses Lake received a SEPA (State Environment Policy Act) checklist is for this parcel. The location is 2227 W Peninsula, the expansion of the parking lot, they will be adding 32,000 sf with storm water retention ponds.
