Cardwell retires from Ephrata Schools
EPHRATA – Frank Cardwell retired in late June from the Ephrata School District after 42 years of service to the community’s students.
“We are so incredibly thankful for Frank’s dedication and commitment to Ephrata,” said Ephrata School District Assistant Superintendent Ken Murray.
Cardwell served as a teacher, administrator, principal, director and, most recently, as Human Resources Director for the district, giving him experience and expertise in a variety of areas.
“Personally, I’ve learned a tremendous amount from Frank over the years, both as a teacher and as a co-worker. He was incredibly influential in me becoming the educational leader I am today. I, and the rest of our staff, wish him the very best in his new role as a retiree. He will be missed,” Murray said.
