NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of County Commissioner will conduct a public hearing on July 25, 2023, at 3:15 p.m. in accordance with Chapter 25.12 of the Grant County Unified Development Code to consider proposed amendments to the Grant County Comprehensive Plan, the Grant County Code, and the Grant County Shoreline Master Program, Chapter 25.12, submitted in accordance with the criteria listed in the Unified Development Code and in accordance with Chapter 36.70A RCW and Chapter 90.58 RCW. The Grant County Planning Commission conducted a hearing on April 05, 2023, to consider these amendments and made a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. That said right, under priority date of December 1944, authorizes the withdrawal of 710 gallons per minute and 1,145 acre-feet per year from a well (Well 6) located within the NE¼ of the SW¼ of Section 14, T. 21 N., R. 26 E. W. M. That said right authorizes water to be used for continuous municipal supply on Ephrata Airport and within the corporate limits of the City of Ephrata.
