Water flowing down Rocky Coulee Wasteway on Saturday as it passes under Road L NE, just north of Moses Lake. The wasteway is used by the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District to move water from the East Low Canal into Crab Creek and then through Moses Lake into Potholes Reservoir, where it will eventually supply irrigation water to farmers in Adams, Franklin and Benton counties.
