Green named interim Quincy PD chief
Ryan Green has been named interim chief for the Quincy Police Department. Green has been with QPD for seven years now and began his career with the Ephrata PD in 2001.

Quincy Police Chief Kieth Siebert is retiring after nearly three decades in law enforcement. Not fully retiring, Siebert plans to go to work for the Grant County Public Utility District. A celebration of his law enforcement career is set for Feb. 15.
QUINCY — Ryan Green has been named the interim chief for the Quincy Police Department. Quincy City Council members approved Green’s appointment on a 6-0 vote at a regular meeting Tuesday.
