Three Huskies sign with UMW football
Othello senior Giovanni Love (76) was one of three Huskies to sign with UMW football’s 2023 recruiting class.

David Julian Alegria (44) joins UMW as a defensive end, having previously also played running back for Othello.
Sonny Asu (4), the Central Washington Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year, joins UMW as a defensive back.
DILLON, MONT. – Three Othello football players were announced as a part of the University of Montana Western’s 2023 signing class on Wednesday. David Julian Alegria, Sonny Asu and Giovanni Love will be heading to Dillon, Montana this fall, according to a release by the school.
