Patricia Anne Blondin (Unick), 80, of Moses Lake, died Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023.

She was born to Walter Unick and Lois Wampler on May 23, 1943, in Bellingham, Wash. She married Lloyd Blondin in 1960, and they lived in Seward, Alaska, before relocating to Yakima, Wash., in 1976.

Patricia loved her children deeply and would always smile upon seeing them. As a selfless mother, she also felt comfort when she was with them. Patricia truly loved being a mother to her children and this is how she will always be remembered. Patricia also loved the beauty of horses and owned many throughout her life.

Patricia is survived by five children: Jennifer Descouteaux, Glenn Blondin, Walter Blondin, William (Bill) Blondin and Teresa Blondin. She also is survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association or American Nurses Foundation.

A private family service will be held at a later date in Moses Lake, Wash.
