Notice of Public Hearings & Determination of Non-Significance Othello Planning Commission & Othello City Council Zoning Update 2023 – Cargo Containers Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello will hold public hearings to discuss amending the Commercial Zones Chapter, Othello Municipal Code (OMC) 17.30. Proposed changes include allowing cargo containers for storage, with conditions, in the C-1 Zone. The hearings will be held: • At the Planning Commission meeting, Monday, Dec. 18 at 6:00 PM • At the City Council meeting, Monday, Jan. 8 at 6:00 PM The public hearings will be held at Othello City Hall, Council Chambers, 500 E.
