SMALL WORKS ROSTER The Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District is preparing a small works roster of responsible contractors who request to submit bid quotations on contracted construction projects of less than three hundred thousand dollars to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.   A new roster was created August 1, 2023. The roster will be deleted and re-created every five (5) years. A new roster will be created August 1, 2028. Truck Surplus The Cities Insurance Association of Washington (CIAW) has two (2) heavy-duty Ram pickup trucks that are surplus to our needs. The CIAW will be using a sealed bid process to dispose of the surplus vehicles.
