Sun shines at the Rocky Ford Creek dip between Ephrata and Moses Lake on S.R. 17. The gully the creek runs through saw a wildfire earlier this summer, but thanks to the creek, much of the area is already green again, though the hillside in the background is still scarred with scorched vegetation and little greenery.
