NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS  Sealed bids, plainly marked “BID FOR SILICA RD. OVERLAY PROJECT, CRP 23-03”, will be  received by Grant County Department of Public Works located 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata,  WA, 98823, until 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time, Tuesday, September 12, 2023 and will then and there  be opened and publicly read. Grant County is providing access to this scheduled bid opening via  WebEx audio Connection only. To participate please call in to 1-408-418-9388 and enter access  code (9146 080 7555).   All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check,  cashier’s check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such  bid proposal. No conditional bid bond will be accepted. Truck Surplus The Cities Insurance Association of Washington (CIAW) has two (2) heavy-duty Ram pickup trucks that are surplus to our needs. The CIAW will be using a sealed bid process to dispose of the surplus vehicles. The surplus pickup trucks are as follows: • 2009 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT, VIN 3D7MX48L79G556159 with 158,000 miles. • 2012 Dodge Ram, 3500 SLT, VIN 3C63DRHLXCG190580 with 161,000 miles. The CIAW will accept sealed bids for each truck.
