Notice of Proposed Public Hearing on a Conditional Use Permit: September 1st, 2023. Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Application was received by the City of Royal City on Aug 16th, 2023 from Perla Garcia and was found to be Technically Complete on Aug 16th, 2023. The application is for a proposed Daycare Center located in an existing Residence at 324 Grape Dr. The proposed use will require a City building permit for the change of occupancy and a license from the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. The project application is available at City Hall for public review.
