SMALL WORKS ROSTER The Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District is preparing a small works roster of responsible contractors who request to submit bid quotations on contracted construction projects of less than three hundred thousand dollars to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.   A new roster was created August 1, 2023. The roster will be deleted and re-created every five (5) years. A new roster will be created August 1, 2028. Interested parties who submit a completed application will be placed on the District’s small works roster and may request at any time to be deleted from the list.
