Development League calls for award nominations from members
CASHMERE – The Columbia Basin Development League announced in a press release that they are calling for nominations from members of the league for their Perseverance Award and Honorary Life Member Award, to be announced at the league’s annual conference Nov. 14 in Moses Lake.
According to the release, only members can provide nominations, but any deserving individual or company can be a nominee.
“Recognition by one's peers is often considered the highest form of appreciation. It goes beyond mere acknowledgment and extends to a deep-seated respect for the hard work, determination, and dedication an individual brings to their pursuits…we invite all current CBDL members to take a moment to reflect upon those individuals who have genuinely exemplified perseverance and dedication,” said the release.
The release stated that nominees for the Perseverance Award should display unwavering commitment to their goals and the ability to persevere through difficult challenges. The Honorary Life Member Award is directed toward an individual who has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to the CBDL project and efforts, someone who has gone above and beyond to assist the project.
