Thomas Marthini

Thomas Marthini was born in 1936 in Kenmore, Wash. and passed away July 28, 2023, at the Dementia Center in Moses Lake, Wash. He was 87.

Tom was the seventh of nine children. Tom has one surviving sister, Helen George, who lives in Camano Island, Wash. His parents were Joseph and Elizabeth Marthini.

Tom's family moved numerous times during his childhood. Tom enlisted in the U.S. Army at the age of 17 and served from 1953 to 1956.

He married and had four children. Pam, Tommy (deceased), Chris (deceased) and John.

Tom had his own construction business for many years until he injured his back. John, his son, took over the business.

In 1984, Tom married Sannia, who had four children, Joey, Danny, Zana and Connie. Tom built a house in Monroe, Wash. in 1989 and then he built a home and shop in Soap Lake in 1993. Tom and Sannia enjoyed traveling to Arizona in the winter, boating, camping, dancing and laughing.

He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
