'The work really now begins'
The first step to building a new Samaritan Hospital to replace the existing one, pictured, will be ensuring the financing, according to Samaritan officials. Recent passage of a proposed bond, state funding and a U.S. Department of Agriculture loan all form portions of a solution to that hurdle.
