The existing ED is to receive an addition to the south, followed by the remodel of existing interior spaces. The project is being delivered via Washington State’s GC/CM Program for Public District Hospitals and is subject to RCW 39.10, all applicable codes and standards including prevailing wage and project close-out requirements.
