Notice of Application and Public  Hearing: April 20, 2023. Notice is  hereby given that a Conditional Use  Permit application were received by  Grant County on April 7, 2023, from  Vineyard Development Company, LLC (Designated Contact: John Hirayama,  10500 NE 8th St., Suite 1760, Bellevue,   WA 98004) and were found to be  Technically Complete on April 17, 2023.  The proposal is exempt from SEPA  review pursuant to GCC 24.04.090.  DESCRIPTION: The project is a  Conditional Use Permit application for  review of the applicant’s proposal to  develop a mixed-use structure and  surrounding common area consisting of  a wine tasting facility for Beaumont  Cellars and shall include a wine bar,  commercial kitchen with limited menu,  and retail sales area.
