MOSES LAKE — Grant County Sheriff’s Office deputies are seeking the public’s help in the search for a Moses Lake couple missing since Sunday, Sept. 18.

According to a GCSO statement, Charles and Theresa Bergman, both of Moses Lake, were last seen at around 12:40 a.m. Sunday morning at the Spokane International Airport, where Charles had gone to pick Theresa up. The Bergmans were driving in a 2013 silver Chevrolet Impala bearing Washington license plate BLU5395 and were reported missing on Monday, Sept. 19, after they did not return home.

The GCSO statement said that, after reviewing cell phone data, the last signal from the couple was reported coming from a remote part of Lincoln County. However, deputies with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office checked the area and were unable to find the Bergmans.

“We’re still pursuing some leads out there … and still some leads we are following up on,” said GCSO spokesman Sgt. Beau Lamens.

Detectives from the GCSO major crimes unit are investigating the case. Anyone with any information on the Bergmans or their whereabouts is asked to call GCSO Sgt. G. Mansford at 509-750-8805, MACC Dispatch at 509-762-1160, or email crimetips@grantcountywa.gov in reference to case 22GS11284.
