Henry takes title, wins Tri-Cities Classic

KENNEWICK — The Professional Bull Rider’s Tri-Cities Classic concluded on Saturday with the Kansas City Outlaws’ Bill Henry taking home a win, with no other rider able to surpass his flawless runs on Friday.
