State of Washington Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council Horse Heaven, High Top & Ostrea and Wautoma Solar Projects EFSEC Dockets #210011, #220212 and #220355 Site Tours Notice November 1, 2022 2pm - 4pm and November 2, 2022 9am - 11am Richland, WA Members of the Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC) will tour the proposed Horse Heaven, High Top and Ostrea, and Wautoma Solar sites on Tuesday November 1st, 2022 and Wednesday November 2nd 2022. On November 1st, the tour will meet at the Howard Amon Park at 2:00 PM promptly and proceed to the two locations listed above. The tour is expected to last until approximately 4:00 PM. On November 2nd, the tour will meet at the Silver Dollar Café parking lot at 9:00 AM promptly and proceed to the locations for Wautoma Solar listed above. The tour is expected to last until approximately 11:00 AM. If you are planning to attend, please let us know by emailing EFSEC@efsec.wa.gov. The site visit is open to the public to the extent not disruptive of its purpose, but members of the public must provide their own transportation.
