NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE HEARING EXAMINER NOVEMBER 8, 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, November 8, 2022, beginning at 10:00 AM. in the Council Chamber in the Civic Center located at 401 S Balsam Street, Moses Lake, WA and via Zoom (virtual meeting). The Hearing Examiner will consider the following: PLN 2022-0014 ("Sagepoint"): A revised application for a 35 Lot Major Subdivision creating 16 single-family detached lots (Lots 1-16) and 19 single-family attached lots (Lots 17-25) within a Planned Development District.
