Notice of Application and Preliminary SEPA Decision Maple Landing Division No. 2 Planned Development District / Major Subdivision located at 4762 NE Grape Dr, Moses Lake The public is hereby provided notice of a 26 lot Major Subdivision and Planned Development District (PLN2022-0067) within a 212,319 square feet in area or 4.87 acre property within the R-2, Single-Family and Two (2) Family Residential, Zone. Lots average 5,000 square feet in area. The subdivision will be served with City water and sanitary sewer. Streets will be improved to City standards via extension of the existing street system.
