CWU trustees to meet next week

ELLENSBURG, Wash. — The Central Washington University Board of Trustees’ quarterly meeting will take place Oct. 20-21 in Ellensburg, according to a statement from the university. The meeting is open to the public.

The board will convene at 10 a.m. Oct. 20 at the Wellington Event Center. There will be time set aside for public comment. To participate in the public comment period, speakers must identify themselves and the topic to be addressed via email to cwu.president@cwu.edu by 5 p.m. Oct. 18.

Also on that day’s agenda will be discussions of brand development; enrollment marketing; diversity, equity and inclusion plans as well as a values and strategic planning workshop. The regular business meeting will convene at 9 a.m. Oct. 21, also at the Wellington Event Center.
