Notice of Revised Application and SEPA Decision File Number: PLN 2022-0014 Project Name: Revised Sagepoint Planned Development District / Major Subdivision (Revised) Project Description: A revised application for a 35 Lot Major Subdivision creating 16 single-family detached lots (Lots 1-16) and 19 single-family attached lots (Lots 17-25) which includes a Planned Development District. The area for the 19 single-family attached lots, "Tract 1" (formerly referred to as "Lot 1"), includes additional density and the project reflects modification to the standards as allowed by a Planned Development District. Tract 1 proposes private infrastructure with implementation of a HOA for the maintenance of common facilities. Lots 17-35 are to be sold fee simple, with zero lot line, attached, single-family townhomes. Grant County Seeking Public Input at Open House for Americans with Disabilities Act Transition Plan, October 12 th in Mattawa Grant County will host an open house public meeting on October 12 th at the Wahluke High School library, 7 pm to 8 pm, to seek input as it continues working to update its plan to provide access to county facilities and services. The county is currently developing an Americans with Disabilities Act self-evaluation and transition plan, taking a comprehensive look at its programs, services and facilities for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act; including sidewalks, curb ramps, and pedestrian facilities.
