NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids, plainly marked “BID FOR 2022 CRUSHING and Stockpiling”, will be received by the Grant County Department of Public Works, located at 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 29, 2022 and will then and there be opened and publicly read. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Grant County Seeking Public Input at Open House for Americans with Disabilities Act Transition Plan, December 7th on The Base Grant County will host an open house public meeting on December 7th at the Sheriff’s Office on The Base (1274 Lowry St.), 3 pm, to seek input as it continues working to update its plan to provide access to county facilities and services.  The county is currently developing an Americans with Disabilities Act self-evaluation and transition plan, taking a comprehensive look at its programs, services and facilities for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act; including sidewalks, curb ramps, and pedestrian facilities. In addition to the open house meeting, the county has also launched an online evaluation survey (Survey in English https://forms.gle/ckU8nJpwamN839pH7, Encuesta en línea https://forms.gle/hCq45DAg6QhbVY6X8).
