Oct. 26

Report of a catalytic converter stolen in the 1000 block of Basin Street Northwest.

Report of theft of water in the 1200 block of Cottage Street Southeast.

Report of a single-vehicle collision in the 1300 block of Basin Street Northwest. Driver, who may have suffered a medical incident, left the roadway and struck the side of a building.

Oct. 27

Report of graffiti at the Ephrata Skate Park.

Report of a three-vehicle non-injury collision at the SR-282/A Street Southeast roundabout.

Report of a vehicle prowl in the 1200 block of Yakima Street Southeast. Money was reported stolen.

Report of theft from a business in the 1300 block of Nat Washington Way. Subjects were confronted by employee and the items were recovered.

Report of a hit-and-run on G Street Southwest.

Grant County Jail

Shane Dale Bowlin, 52, Ephrata, booked on second-degree burglary and third-degree theft, as well as warrants relating to second-degree organized retail theft, third-degree theft and violation of a no-contact order.

Benjamin Lee Hill, 30, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County District Court warrants relating to operating a vehicle without an interlock, failure to transfer title within 45 days first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree driving with license suspended, and Grant County Superior Court warrants relating to second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Edward Arthur Vandenburg, 31, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Oct. 29

Dane Lee Alexander, 23, Moses Lake, booked on third-degree theft and second-degree burglary, as well as a Grant County District Court warrant relating to second-degree driving with license suspended.

Oct. 30

Brian Contreras, 25, Mattawa, booked o second-degree assault – domestic violence, resisting arrest and felony harassment.

Cesar Cruz Marquez, 37, Moses Lake, booked on DUI.

Tristan Lee Elliott, 22, Ephrata, booked on unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful carrying/handling of a weapon, intimidating a public servant and first-degree negligent driving, as well as a Grant County District Warrant relating to DUI.

Nickolas Don Milbrandt, 28, Moses Lake, booked on second-degree malicious mischief and harassment – threats to kill.

Caiden Anthony Stephens, 21, Quincy, booked on violation of a no-contact order as well as Grant County Superior Court warrants relating to residential burglary, third-degree malicious mischief, second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, fourth-degree assault, felony harassment – criminal justice participant and taking a motor vehicle without permission.

Report of merchandise valued at approximately $20 stolen from a business in the 900 block of North Stratford Road.
