June 26, 1941 – October 25, 2022

Sharron Gayle Gumfory Woodlief, 81, of Fort Mohave, Arizona passed into the arms of the Lord peacefully on Oct. 25, 2022.

Sharron was born June 26, 1941, in Seminole, Oklahoma. Her mother referred to her as the perfect daughter. Sharron loved our Lord Jesus Christ, her family and the Los Angeles Rams (she hated the Dallas Cowboys). Sharron was an optimist who loved life and truly lived every day of her life to the fullest. She was a social butterfly who made friends wherever she went.

Sharron raised tens of thousands of dollars for the Los Angeles Pediatric Aids Foundation with her annual celebrity sports auctions in Los Angeles, California. She was a blessing to her family and to all who knew her. She will be missed dearly. A great void will be left in the lives of her husband, children, and those who loved her. Sharron was a person of incredible strength and deep faith.

She was preceded in death by her mother Alice Neely and fathers Glenn Brown and Thomas Gumfory. She is survived by her beloved husband Douglas “Woody” Woodlief; her five children Cyndi Woodlief (John), Paige Woodlief, Brett Woodlief, Matt Woodlief (Tammy) and Brooke Spidel (Scott); her grandchildren Christine, Aaron, Kaylee, Scott, Nico, Sophie and Brady; her great-grandchildren Briar, William, Auvra, Kai, Ciana and Miles; her siblings Thomas “Butch” Gumfory, Cheri Mahan, Rosemary Frederickson, Katie Strals, Ellen Livingston and Nolan Brown and a host of many other family and friends.

A celebration to honor her life will be held Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022, at 12 noon at First Baptist Church, Fort Mohave, 5360 Calle Valle Vista, Fort Mohave, Arizona, with her sister Katie Strals officiating.
