The Board has determined not to assess under RCW Ch. 87.03 this year due to court decision. The MLIRD Board of Directors may decide to reduce that rate but will not increase it. Accordingly, the actual assessments for particular properties may vary from the current draft as valuation figures are updated or corrected by the County.
