Notice of Application and Proposed DNS Date of Notice: May 27, 2022 Notice is hereby given that Grant County has received a SEPA checklist from Russel & Lisa Kehl (Designated Contact: Chip Hesse, Suberizer, Inc., 2059 W. Bench Rd., Othello, WA 99344) and determined the application to be technically complete on March 24, 2022. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. DESCRIPTION: The project is the SEPA review of a building permit to construct a 162' X 330' 15,000 Ton Potato Storage Building on a Farm Unit approximately 26.70 acres in size. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located at 3412 Adams Road NW, Quincy, WA. Further described as TX#4922 in WDU 208 Blk 75 14 19 24 Tax# 4922 the following described real estate situated in the County of Grant, State of Washington: The East two thirds of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 19 North, Range 24, W.M., Grant County, WA (GC Parcel # 20-1397-000). PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
