EPHRATA SCHOOL DISTRICT: Ephrata High School Vo-Ag Roof Replacement, Ephrata, WA INVITATION TO BID EPHRATA SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 16 DESIGN WEST ARCHITECTS 111 4 th Avenue N 905 West Riverside Avenue, Suite 605 Ephrata, WA 98823 Spokane, WA 99201 You are invited to bid on a General Contract for construction in the City of Ephrata for the construction of the Ephrata High School Vo-Ag Roof Replacement, Ephrata, WA. The project consists of a replacement of the existing roof of approximately 280 SF. The work includes Structure and Overhead Coiling Doors. Preliminary Base Bid Cost Range: $50,000 Proposals will be accepted by the District until 3:00pm (Base Bid), prevailing time, on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at the Ephrata High School at 333 4 th Ave NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. Base Bid proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at 3:00pm. Interested parties are invited to attend. A Pre-Bid Conference, optional for all General Contractor prospective bidders, will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 1:30pm it will begin at Ephrata High School, 333 4 th Ave NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. Plans and Specifications are available, beginning May 16, 2022, through the Architect. E-mailed PDF drawings and specifications are available at no cost. Printed paper sets are available at $100 per set (limit 2 sets to General Contractors and 1 set for subcontractors). The cost is refundable provided the documents are returned in good condition within 10 days after bid opening to the office of the architect. Additional sets may be purchased at cost, non-refundable. Substantial Completion shall be achieved in compliance with Section 01 10 00 of the project specifications. The project requires compliance with prevailing wage under RCW 39.12. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and in particular, to reject a proposal not accompanied by the required bid security or data required.
