May 9, 1957 – May 15, 2022

Ronnie Dale DeLay was born May 9, 1957, to Roland and Adria DeLay as the second oldest of seven siblings.

Ronnie attended Royal High School where he met his wife Tina, to whom he was married for 45 years. In those 45 years of marriage they had five children: Heather, Joshua, Amber, Aubrey and Uriah. Combined, those five kids gave Ronnie and Tina 10 grandchildren and one great-grandson.

While working as a potato farmer and irrigator, a job Ronnie took great pride in, he found time to enjoy his hobbies: hunting, supporting Royal Knights Football, doing yard work and more recently becoming a TikTok star under the name “Rude Ron.” But above all, Ronnie prioritized spending time with his family. His favorite way to spend time with family was the annual family vacation that was a well-deserved break from being the best potato farmer and irrigator in the world. This trip included all his children and grandchildren. The trip was looked forward to as much as Christmas was. Ronnie cherished the time he got to spend with his family in these annual traditions.

Ronnie is survived by Ronnie is survived by his wife Tina; his children Heather (Ryan), Joshua (Jennifer), Amber, Aubrey and Uriah; his 10 grandchildren; his mother Adria; and his siblings Debbie (Tim), Shannon (Chris), Kim (JoAnn), and Kelly (Kelly). His memory will lie on with his many nieces, nephews, cousins and large extended family.

Ronnie was greeted in heaven on May 15 by his father Roland, brother Shane, sister Melanie, sister-in-law Tina and nephew Justin.
