Notice of Application - Date of Notice: May 20, 2022. Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Shor Subdivision application was received by Grant County on May 13, 2022 from Tom Walters Designated Contact: Western Pacific Engineering & Survey, Sara Prather, 1224 South Pioneer Way, Moses Lake, WA 98837), and was found to be technically complete on May 16, 2022. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of one parcel totaling approximately 5.36 acres to create four (4) lots in the Urban Residential 2 zoning district. All lots will be approximately 1 acre in sizes and will be residential and served by an individual well and septic system. Lot 4 currently has an existing home, well and septic system.
