Vickie Mitchell (Brown) passed away at Virginia Mason Hospital on May 9, 2022. She graduated from Moses Lake High School in 1971. She was a loving wife and mother. She had three children Brad, Kim and Kristy, as well as six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
