EPHRATA SCHOOL DISTRICT: Ephrata High School Home Economics Classroom Renovation, Ephrata, WA INVITATION TO BID EPHRATA SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 165 DESIGN WEST ARCHITECTS 111 4th Avenue NW 905 West Riverside Avenue, Suite 605 Ephrata, WA 988 23 Spokane, WA 99201 You are invited to bid on a General Contract for construction in the City of Ephrata for the construction of the Ephrata High School Home Economics Room Renovation, Ephrata, WA. The project consists of a renovation of the existing classroom of approximately 650 SF. The work includes Demolition, Kitchen Equipment, Finishes, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical work. Preliminary Base Bid Cost Range: $250,000 Proposals will be accepted by the District until 3:00pm (Base Bid), prevailing time, on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at the Ephrata High School at 333 4th Ave NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. Base Bid and Alternate proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at 3:00pm. Interested parties are invited to attend. A Pre-Bid Conference, optional for all General Contractor prospective bidders, will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 1:30pm it will begin at Ephrata High School, 333 4th Ave NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. Plans and Specifications are available, beginning May 9, 2022, through the Architect. E-mailed PDF drawings and specifications are available at no cost. Printed paper sets are available at $100 per set (limit 2 sets to General Contractors and 1 set for subcontractors). The cost is refundable provided the documents are returned in good condition within 10 days after bid opening to the office of the architect. Additional sets may be purchased at cost, non-refundable.
