April 26
Report of a vehicle stolen from a residence in the 1100 block of Sunset Street Southeast. The reporting party had left the vehicle running in front of her home.
Report of a two-vehicle non-injury collision in a parking lot in the 1100 block of Basin Street Southwest. Both vehicles sustained reportable damage.
Report of a two-vehicle non-injury collision in the 200 block of South Division Street. Vehicle 1 made a U-turn into the driver’s side of vehicle 2. The driver of vehicle 1 was cited for no insurance and failure to yield. The driver of vehicle 2 complained of neck pain and was taken to the emergency room.

Report of a vehicle prowl in the 1000 block of C Street Southwest. Batteries and paperwork were reported missing.
Report of a vehicle prowl on Cottage Street Southeast. Two pairs of sunglasses and a dreamcatcher were taken.

Report of propane tanks valued at approximately $20 stolen in the 1300 block of Nat Washington Way.

Christopher Lee Harmon, 37, Ephrata, was booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence as well as a Department of Corrections warrant relating to possession of a controlled substance and third-degree assault.
Emmanuel Ayala, 37, Othello, was booked on a Grant County District Court warrant relating to third-degree driving with license suspended.

Armando D. Angelo Lopez, 22, Quincy, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.
Gabriel Alejandro Alvarado, 26, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence, as well as a Grant County District Court warrant relating to third-degree theft.
Melissa Shelby Mattingly, 46, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County Superior Court warrants relating to second-degree theft, theft of a motor vehicle, first-degree robbery within a financial institution, first-degree robbery armed with a deadly weapon and first-degree criminal impersonation.
Carlos E. Salas Gutierrez, 39, Ephrata, booked on residential burglary – domestic violence, first-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence and resisting arrest.
