CITY OF MOSES LAKE PUBLIC HEARING on the INTERIM WIRELESS REGULATIONS 6:30 P.M. ON TUESDAY, APRIL 12, 2022 REMOTE ACCESS INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED ON THE COUNCIL AGENDA www.cityofml.com Pursuant to RCW 36.70A.390 and RCW 35A.63.220 the Moses Lake City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider the Interim Controls initiated by Ordinance 2953 adopted June 23, 2020. This process is a continuance of the original ordinance Work Plan in August of 2020, followed by a revised Work Plan on July December 8, 2020, an extension on July 27, 2021, a new Interim Controls Ordinance 2999 adopted on January 25, 2022, and notice to set Public Hearing at Council Meeting dated March 22, 2022. The Ordinance adopted interim regulations relating to wireless communication facilities requests in order to comply with federal law and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) declaratory rulings, entering findings in support of adopting interim regulations, establishing a work program for permanent regulations and declaring an emergency. The City Council of the City of Moses Lake invites all interested parties to attend a Public Hearing on April 12, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. to offer testimony on the Interim Wireless Regulations Ordinance 2999. Interested persons may provide testimony either in writing or by participating in the Public Hearing. The form to register to speak at the meeting will also be on the posted agenda, or you can contact the City Clerk's Office to receive the form in advance. The speaker request form must be completed no later than 3 p.m. on the day of the meeting to speak remotely. Notice of Application - Date of Notice: March 30, 2022 - Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on February 15, 2022, from Don and Triscia Hochstatter (Designated Contact: Grant County Surveying, P.O.
