Moses Lake Police Department
March 24
Report of a disturbance in the 400 block of South Wanapum Drive. Reporting party said an unknown male was sitting in a vehicle causing a disturbance while at a gas pump. Suspect fled in a silver minivan which police were unable to locate.
Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of North Stratford Road. Reporting party said an older male in a red Cadillac-type vehicle asked her if she needed help loading her groceries, and appeared to ask other females in the parking lot the same question as well.
Report of harassment in the 1100 block of East Nelson Road. Reporting party said a juvenile was harassing, punching and teasing people waiting at a bus stop.
Report of a vehicle prowl in the 400 block of North Paxson Drive when unknown suspects attempted to remove a catalytic converter from a business truck.
Report of a burglary from the 800 block of North Stratford Road. Reporting party said cart, tools and home supplies were stolen from a worksite. Business owners want to pursue charges if suspect can be identified.
Report of theft from 1200 block of West Columbia Avenue. Reporting party said he gave his Xbox to his former girlfriend and wants it back now that they have broken up. Was informed this was a civil matter.
Report of fraud from the 9800 block of Highland Drive Northeast. Reporting party alleges she met a male suspect online and he convinced her to send him around $7,000 as well as personal information.
Report of fraud from the 1700 block of West Bemis Street. Reporting party said she submitted a rental application that included her social security number for what she later learned was a fake rental listing and was advised to contact the Social Security Administration.
Report of theft from the 600 block of South Pioneer Way. Reporting party said male suspect stole 12-15 bottles of liquid detergent. MLPD identified the vehicle as registered to a Quincy resident who was now separated from his spouse and no longer living at the registration address.
Report of a traffic accident from the 400 block of West Fourth Avenue when a vehicle was struck by a second vehicle that failed to yield the right of way while attempting to make a left turn.
Report of a theft from the 800 block of South Division Street. Reporting party said male and female suspects stole a propane tank from a neighbor’s house and left in a silver Volkswagen Beetle. Investigating officers found a propane grill reported stolen from another address nearby.
Report of a theft from the 8600 block of Jean Avenue when a reporting party advised his vehicle was taken from his driveway while he was letting it run to warm up.

Robbie Joe Marcher, 53, Moses Lake, booked on second-degree assault – domestic violence. Felony harassment (threats to kill – LEO), unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm and resisting arrest.
