This project was budgeted but the final bid came in higher than projected. *Central Services in the amount of $20,548.41 from REET 1 funds to fund the Barn Water Addition Project (CSD2202fg) at the fairgrounds. *Central Services in the amount of approximately $65,887.96 for the addition of a new Landscaper position in Central Services from fund 001.112.00.0000.5183-01100. *Superior Court in the amount of $109,041.00 to receive funds from Northwest HIDTA Prevention and Treatment Initiative to fund the Drug Court Program for the 2022 calendar year (001.103). *Superior Court in the amount of the amount of $122,262.10 to receive Department of Justice grant funds for their Drug Court Program. GRANT COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY BOARD NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF SURFACE WATER CERTIFICATE S3-24700C TAKE NOTICE: Round Lake Farms, LLC of Soap Lake, Washington has made an APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER of Water Right to change the point of diversion under Surface Water Certificate S3-24700C to the Board. The Board has designated such application for active review and has assigned it application number GRAN-22-01. The Department of Ecology has assigned its tracking number CS3-24700C@1. That the surface water certificate S3-24700C with a priority date of December 16, 1975 authorizes 6.7 cubic feet per second (cfs), 1,442 acre-feet per year (af/y), for seasonal irrigation of 412 acres. The place of use being within the W 1/2 SE1/2 S1/2 NW1/2 and SW1/2 of Section 17; the S1/2 SE1/2 of Sec. 18; the E1/2 of Sec. 19; and the W1/2 of Sec. 20; all within T22N, R28E WM. That the proposed change is to add a new point of diversion (in the form of a well) within the SW1/4 and the NW1/4 of Section 9, T 22 N, R 28E WM. There are no changes to the authorized place of use or authorized purpose of use. Any interested party may submit comments, objections, and other information to the Board regarding this application. Sealed Bids will be received to Samaritan Healthcare at Samaritan Hospital 801 East Wheeler Road, Moses Lake WA, 98837, for construction of MOB Parking Expansion as indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids shall be delivered to Samaritan Healthcare at the location indicated above no later than 5:00 PM, on April 14th. Alternate Bids shall be delivered no later than 5:00 PM, same date and location.
