March 3

Report of sunglasses, shoes, a gym bag and two children’s martial arts outfits stolen from a vehicle on Nob Hill Drive.

Report of an assault in the 10 block of Ivy Street Northeast. Suspect reportedly assaulted a neighbor unprovoked. Victim was transported to Columbia Basin Hospital.

March 7

Report of a vehicle stolen in the 1200 block of C Street Southwest.

Report of a two-vehicle non-injury collision in the 1300 block of Nat Washington Way. Vehicle 1 rear-ended vehicle 2, which was legally parked, causing extensive damage to vehicle 1.

Report of a two-vehicle non-injury collision at Second Avenue and E Street Northwest. Vehicle 1 failed to yield the right-of-way and struck vehicle 2.

Report of attempted theft at a business in the 1300 block of Nat Washington Way. Subject put on a coat that had not been paid for, then concealed milk and alcohol inside the coat and tried to walk out.

David Vincent Fernandes, 52, Moses Lake, booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant relating to second-degree burglary and second-degree theft, as well as Grant County District Court warrants relating to third-degree theft and littering more than one cubic yard.

Willie Gerald Arredondo, 60, Coulee Dam, booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant relating to failure to register as a sex offender and Grant County District Court warrants relating to third-degree theft and obstructing a law enforcement officer.

John Watkins Jenkins, 66, Othello, booked on second-degree burglary and disorderly conduct.

Joel Ray Koch, 47, Moses Lake, booked on felony harassment, as well as a Spokane County warrant relating to first-degree robbery and a Grant County District Court warrant relating to DUI.

Christopher James Rock, 50, Moses Lake, booked on first-degree theft, as well as Grant County District Court warrants relating to taking a motor vehicle without permission, littering more than one cubic yard, third-degree driving with license suspended and second-degree criminal trespass.

Yoban Nunez Diaz, 322, Quincy, booked on first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief, as well as a Department of Corrections warrant relating to second-degree assault with a deadly weapon.
