NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS LONGVIEW & KINDER RECONSTRUCTION REBID Moses Lake, Washington Sealed bids will be received at the Civic Center Annex, 321 South Balsam, (P. O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until APRIL 12, 2022; 2:00 PM, for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with LONGVIEW & KINDER RECONSTRUCTION REBID marked plainly thereon.
