Ephrata couple creates tartan to support Ukraine

Kelly Clear sports a kilt made of the tartan that he and his wife designed. He first became interested in Scottish culture after watching the movie “Braveheart” but later found out that much of his heritage is Scottish.
The tartan that the Clear family designed features blue, gold and black to represent different parts of Ukraine.
EPHRATA — An Ephrata couple is combining their heritages in a unique way to support Ukraine by creating an official Scottish-inspired tartan in support of Ukraine.
