Victoria “Tori” Raya-Jones, 41, of Moses Lake, Washington passed away at home surrounded by family on Friday, June 10, 2022. Tori was born on March 11, 1981, to Phillip Raya and Virginia Mendez-Walker in Moses Lake, Washington. In 2010 she married Beau Jones and together they raised three children: Victoria, Marques, and Isabel.

In 2011, Tori began working for Fastenal as an outside sales representative. She enjoyed her work as well as the relationships she made with co-workers and those she served. Tori was best known for her warm, generous, and caring spirit. She had an infectious smile and love for life. She was the first to help another in need and always greeted family and friends with a big hug.

Tori was very proud of her Native American heritage and was a member of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. She loved to gather with family and friends to celebrate holidays, cheer on her favorite team, attend concerts, and cozy up for movie nights. Tori loved her little shih tzu dogs and would often dress them in the jerseys of her favorite team. However, Tori was most proud of her children. It brought her immense joy to watch them compete in their favorite sports and school activities, cook their favorite meals and celebrate their accomplishments.
