1977 — 2022

Surrounded by his loved ones, Jeremy Walker, 44, peacefully passed away on June 4, 2022.

He is survived by his fiancée and the love of his life Andrea Mills, son Scott Walker, father Robert Walker, mother Kathleen Walker and grandmother Jean Walker.

He was born in Ritzville, Washington, and resided in Moses Lake, Washington. He attended Big Bend Community College, and excelled at all aspects of equipment operation, maintenance, and mechanics. He worked for several local companies and government entities, then spread his work talents all over central and eastern Washington when he started his own successful equipment operation business, Dirt Cheap Landscaping, which he later renamed Eastside Wood Recycling. Among other things, he used his equipment and skills to chip wood and waste for energy production, dig ditches to bring water where it was needed, and reshape the landscape to make it more beautiful or productive. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved the outdoors, animals, vehicles of all kind, camping and good food. His talents and skills were always readily available to help a friend in need. To his mechanically-inclined friends, he was known as “the Book of Knowledge.”

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 18, at 10 a.m., at Kayser’s Chapel of Memories 831 S. Pioneer Way, Moses Lake, with burial in Guarding Angels Cemetery, 2595 Road L NE. Refreshment, fellowship and an opportunity to pay personal tributes will follow at Zamora Park, 410 N. Clover Drive, Moses Lake, at approximately noon.
